We strongly recommend that all users clarify their queries with our representative before proceeding with payment for any membership plan.

Refund Policy for Membership Plans

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If you do not receive any inquiries within three months from the date of registration.
  • The refund amount will be 50% of the total payment made, after deduction of applicable taxes (if any), or 50% of the taxable amount.
  • Refunds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account.
  • Refund eligibility begins only after completion of three months from the date of registration.

Example:
If you have paid ₹3499, your refund amount will be approximately ₹1435 after applicable tax deductions.

Before purchasing any membership plan (such as PrepStart, PrepAdvance, or PrepElite), users are advised to fully understand the features, benefits, and terms by consulting with an authorized representative of Future Siksha.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any membership plan after making the payment, you must contact our support team through your assigned representative or via our official support number.
