Future Siksha acts solely as a platform connecting students and tutors by displaying their profiles. We do not provide direct tutoring services.

User Registration

• Users must provide a valid mobile number and email address.
• Fake or misleading profiles are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to terminate such accounts without prior notice.

Content Policy

• Profiles must not contain inappropriate, irrelevant, or illegal content.
• Any violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

Membership Types

👨‍🎓 Students:

• Free Members: Can post tuition requirements but cannot contact tutors directly.
• Premium Members: Can view tutor profiles and contact tutors directly.

Tutors:

• Free Members: Can create profiles but cannot contact students.
• Premium Members: Can view and contact students/parents directly.

Responsibilities

• Students/parents must verify tutor credentials before hiring.
• Tutors are independent service providers (not employees of Future Siksha).
• Tutors are responsible for their own taxes and earnings.

No Guarantees

• We do not guarantee tutor placement or student acquisition.
• We do not negotiate fees between users.

Safety Disclaimer

• Users are responsible for their own safety.
• Future Siksha is not liable for any misconduct between users.
• Users are advised to verify identity and details before any offline interaction or payment.

Payment & Subscription

• Subscription fees may change without prior notice.
• Premium benefits depend on the plan selected.

Limitation of Liability

Future Siksha shall not be liable for:

• Financial loss
• Data loss
• Physical or personal damages
